Our team will contact you to finalise your application as soon as we receive and verify your information. We will create your profile within 24 hours and your six (6) months waiting period will commence.

Yes. We understand that you may need to adiust your cover to better suit your needs. Simply email our friendly customer services team and they will assist you with the change process.

Our family packages cover dependents from age O to age 94. Our member + 9 dependents packages cover up to age 75 years, members over 75 will undergo a 12-month waiting period. Should you want to enquire about family members outside this age range, contact our sales agents for more information.
